Pool Renovation Manly Headland

Brief:

Rescue my pool construction project that has gone a rye.  (We don’t usually take rescue projects however one look at the location and we felt compelled)

• 10 x 4 metre pool 
•  2.5 x 2.5 metre spa
• Water treatment - Mineral
• Fully Tiled with Azzuri Mosaic’s + Epoxy Grout
• Gas Heating
• Full Automation
• On going service contract
  

Challenges:

There was a great deal of remediation work required before we could proceed with the build which included:

•  this pool was partially completed by another builder which turned out to be a bit of a disaster:
• We had to cut the back of the pool off and remove an attached out of square spa and rebuild to the clients specifications
• Re Construct the back of the pool to revised specifications and rebuild the spa
• We then fully rebuilt the plant room including a full re- plumb as well as the supply and installation of the plant and equipment.
• Fully tiled with a recycled white tile + epoxy grout

Solutions: The solution was not really all that difficult; we just had to take our time and put right the wrongs of the previous contractor. 

The back story:

The opportunity to work with this client was once again a word of mouth situation whereby a number of builders that we had worked with on  previous projects suggested that with our experience with remedial building as well as building pools was the perfect skill set for this project.

The end result was an amazing pool and definitely one of the most satisfying projects that we have been involved in.
